Round shield, inscribed CAESAR around upper part of the rim, the boss ornamented with an eight-pointed star, lying on top of sword and spear in saltire. BMC 644. Cohen 44. RIC 274. A beautiful piece with a splendid obverse. The reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good extremely fine.
